Wungening Moort Service Families Healing Intensive In Home Support Service
Wungening Moort brings together the collective wisdom of four Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations to deliver an intensive in-home support service, grounded in Aboriginal ways of working. The aim of the service is to support Aboriginal families to keep their children safely at home, connected to culture, country and community.
Wungening Moort is available to Aboriginal families living in the Perth Metropolitan area who are in contact with the child protection system. The service works to:
- Support families to keep children safely at home
- Support families to get children back home (reunification)
